Three UK-based members received Awards during the Opening Ceremony at the recent AES Fall Show:
Peter Craven: Fellowship – a long-overdue recognition of Peter’s “significant contributions over many years to signal processing technologies that advanced high quality audio, and for co-design of the Soundfield Microphone.”
Angeliki Mourgela, Queen Mary University of London – MATLAB Plugin Competition: Gold Award.
Pál Kerekes, University of York – Student Recording Competition: Category 1 (Audio): Sub-Category 1 (Traditional Acoustic): Bronze Award.
